Rocket Grunt TCG Pre-Order Policy

1. Securing Your Pre-Order

To ensure all trainers have a fair chance at upcoming sets, we offer two ways to secure your items:

Deposit Option: Signed-in users have the exclusive option to secure items by paying a 15% deposit at checkout.
Immediate Requirement: This deposit is due immediately upon checkout to validate and hold your order.
Full Payment: If you do not choose the deposit option, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

Because release dates and allocations can shift, we use a direct communication method for all pre-order customers:

WhatsApp Priority: All critical updates regarding final payment deadlines, allocation status, and product delays are posted exclusively in the Rocket Grunt TCG WhatsApp group chat.
Final Balance: Once the notice for final payment is sent to the WhatsApp group, users must settle their remaining balance by the specified date.
User Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to join and monitor the WhatsApp group to ensure they do not miss payment windows.

The TCG industry can sometimes face supply chain issues beyond our control:

No Guarantees: While we strive to fulfill every order, placing a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment due to potential supplier constraints.
Quantity Adjustments: We reserve the right to reduce quantities or cancel orders entirely if our supplier allocations are limited.
Order Sequence: In the event of limited stock, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received (“First-come, first-served”).

Forfeiture of Funds: Failure to pay the final balance by the communicated deadline will result in the cancellation of your order and the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Fees: Any request to cancel a pre-order (whether paid via deposit or in full) prior to the release date is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are strictly non-refundable as they are used to secure stock specifically for your order.

Held Shipments: All orders containing pre-order products will be held until all items in that order have arrived.
Split Shipping: If you wish to receive “In-Stock” items earlier than the final pre-order release, an additional R100 shipping fee must be paid.
