Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in South Africa. Every order is packed by hand in Cape Town so it arrives safely and on time.
Delivery options
Choose your delivery option at checkout. The cost shown at checkout is the cost you pay.
- Door-to-door courier: R115, delivered to your home or office.
- Pudo locker-to-locker: R80, collected from a Pudo locker near you (choose your locker at checkout).
- Free delivery: orders of R2,000 or more ship free.
- Collection: free collection in Sandown, Cape Town, by arrangement.
Processing and dispatch
We work hard to get your cards on the road as quickly as possible:
- Standard dispatch: orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after we receive payment or proof of payment.
- Weekend orders: orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Pre-orders: orders that contain pre-order products are held until every item has arrived – see our Pre-Order Policy.
Delivery and tracking
- Tracking: once your order has shipped you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
- Transit times: deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Please allow an extra day or two for outlying areas.
- Estimates: delivery times are estimates, and occasional delays can happen because of courier schedules or other circumstances.
Shipping liability
Rocket Grunt TCG is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim, and keep all packaging and the damaged items until your claim is resolved.
