Rocket Grunt TCG Refund Policy

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

• 7-Day Window: We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of delivery.
• Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition they were received.
• Inspection: All goods are inspected upon return. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Single Cards: Due to the nature of the TCG market and card grading, all single card sales are final.
• Discounted Items: Any items purchased on sale or at a discount.
• Third-Party Purchases: Products bought through distributors or other retail partners.

Refund Process

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed once we receive it.
• Refund Amount: We issue a full refund for the product price. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Proof of Return: We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the item or valid proof of received return delivery.

Shipping Your Return

• Responsibility: Rocket Grunt TCG is not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment.
• Recommendation: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning an item.
