About the Black Bolt set

Black Bolt is one half of the Scarlet & Violet dual special set released alongside White Flare. Between them, the two sets feature every Pokémon first discovered in Unova. Black Bolt is led by Zekrom ex and adds the new Black White Rare, plus Poké Ball and Master Ball pattern reverse holos. As a special set, it has no 36-pack booster box.
